President · Owner
Tyler Jeffers
Tyler brings an operator’s perspective to executive search: understand what the business needs to achieve, then connect it with the people and capabilities to get there.
Based in Nashville, Tyler’s background spans human capital consulting, healthcare business development, product development, strategic partnerships, and company building. Through inTalent Network, he focuses on executive and specialized searches where context, capability, and the evidence behind a candidate matter.
As an external human capital consultant to Southern Roofing and Renovations, Tyler led recruiting across markets and helped develop onboarding, training, and incentive structures. His team supplied recruiting capacity during the company’s salesforce expansion from approximately 50 to more than 500, while related initiatives helped improve first-year sales-representative retention from 17% to 34%.
As founder, CEO, and managing partner of BioLev, he developed the business and partnerships behind NutriGuide with Nutrishop. He also prepared Wild Bear Tubing to open in seven weeks, led its first year of operations, and documented a playbook designed for replication. Earlier roles included physician relations for a 10-surgeon practice and addiction-treatment business development.
Tyler helped establish career programs supporting service members transitioning into civilian employment. His involvement included capability assessment, employer connections, and job placements, with an emphasis on translating military experience into relevant civilian opportunities.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 2015.
