As an external human capital consultant and independent talent-acquisition provider, Tyler led recruiting across markets and helped design onboarding, training, and incentive and bonus structures.

As founder, CEO, and managing partner of BioLev, Tyler established investor relationships and developed the test and delivery system behind NutriGuide with Nutrishop.

The pilot covered 15 locations and sold 1,480 tests. Tyler’s work combined product development, delivery processes, technology, and partner coordination.

Tyler prepared the business to open in seven weeks, led its first year of operations, and documented procedures, training, and safety protocols for the owner/investor.

At Foundations Recovery Network, Tyler developed clinical referral relationships and contributed to a reported 23% revenue increase during his tenure.

As Director of Physician Relations at Neurosurgery Associates, a 10-surgeon practice, he reported to the CEO and managed referral relationships, marketing, media, and website development. Practice revenue increased a reported 19% during his tenure.
